Past club president, Richard Zimman, proposed a Toy Lending Library as his President’s Project. The Toy Library, located as part of the services offered through the Ripon Public Library, provides families with the opportunity to check out toys in much the same way patrons check out books.
The Noon Kiwanis continues to work in partnership with the Ripon Public Library, supporting the Toy Library; helping the library replace toys as needed.

The event has grown over the years to bring together Noon Kiwanis, Ripon Community Hospital, Ripon College, and other community members.
