Our club hosts our annual 5K, the Doug Lyke Twilight Walk/Run the second weekend of August at Riggs County Park. The run is named in memory of former Kiwanian and community leader, Doug Lyke.
New this years: Starting with our 2020 race, provided health restrictions do not preclude holding the run, the Doug Lyke Run will be moved from Saturday, to Sunday. Registration costs are being reduced; shirts for participates will be discontinued, but we will still be handing out medals

Our race was originally created as a partnership between the community and Ripon College. The event has grown over the years to bring together Noon Kiwanis, Ripon Community Hospital, Ripon College, and other community members. Proceeds from the race helps to support the Ripon Noon Kiwanis free Children's Fair; and recurring scholarship program!
